She has the skills to hone into any particular issue so that she can customize a plan that will give you a healthy structure to your lifestyle. You will gain the knowledge and tools to lead a healthy balanced lifestyle that will take care of your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health. You will be gently assessed for any emotional triggers. Marie will support, empower and encourage you throughout your journey, teaching you a skill set that will pay dividends for the rest of your life.

Marie will also teach you how to trust yourself when making decisions for your health and holistic lifestyle. She teaches you how to strengthen your sensitivities rather than stifle them with medications or outside entities that make you believe you are not the best advocate for your own health.

You can start your holistic coaching therapy via an initial email consultation. This gives you the opportunity to provide information on your current lifestyle, health, and eating habits along with your goals. Then you will have a 60 minute appointment in person or by video conference (Zoom). Follow up appointments will last 30 minutes and again can take place in person or virtually.
